Overview:

 

ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty screen is a new type of high-efficiency screening equipment developed by our company. It is mainly used in the screening industry of metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, electric power, chemical industry and other large block materials and small and medium particles. It is the most widely used in the metallurgical industry. It is a commonly used screening machine at the bottom of the blast furnace, coking plants and concentrators.

 

Features:

ZSG high efficiency heavy screen fabrication has the characteristics of small size, light weight, low energy consumption, easy installation and process layout. It adopts energy-saving vibration motor as the vibration source, rubber spring support and vibration isolation, large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, and large screen mesh. The installation inclination angle, the sieve plate is assembled by pieces, it is easy to replace and has a long service life.

 

Working principle:

The ZSG series of heavy-duty mine vibrating screens are driven by a vibrating motor or an ordinary motor or driven by a natural vibration source to make the screen body periodically reciprocate in the direction of the exciting force, and the material moves parabolic in a straight line on the screen surface, thus To achieve the purpose of screening. When the ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty screen is working, the exciting force generated by the vibration exciter is transmitted to the screen surface in the screen box through the screen box. Because the exciting force generated by the vibration exciter is a longitudinal force, the screen box is forced to drive the screen surface Make longitudinal displacement back and forth. Under certain conditions, the material on the screen surface is thrown forward due to the excited vibration force. When it falls, the material smaller than the screen hole will pass through the screen and fall to the lower layer. The material is on the screen surface. The trajectory of the material is parabolic. Due to the repeated material movement, after the material falls into the screen box from the input end, it quickly advances, loosens, and penetrates to complete the screening operation.

 

Structure:

The ZSG series of high-efficiency heavy-duty screens are composed of vibration excitation device, screen box, vibration motor, dust cover, blanking hopper, vibration reduction device, base and other parts. The screen box is composed of a screen frame, a screen plate, and a lining board. The side plate of the screen is made of high-quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected with the beam and the base of the exciter with high-strength bolts or ring-groove rivets. The structure is reasonable and durable.

The ZSG series of heavy-duty mine vibrating screens use a vibrating motor as the excitation source. Adjusting the size of the vibrating motor's excitation force can change the amplitude of the screen.

The damping system is composed of rubber springs, support seats, etc. The vibrating motor of this series of vibrating screens can be installed in top-vibration and side-vibration modes, and the installation mode of the vibration damping device can be divided into seat type or hanging type. It can also be designed and manufactured according to user needs.

Installation requirements:

1). The motor should be fastened to the mounting surface, which must be smooth and flat.

2). The motor can be installed horizontally.

3). Adjustment of exciting force.

4). The motor should have a reliable grounding. There is a grounding device in the motor, and the lead end has a mark. It can also be grounded by a solid bolt.

5). The motor lead adopts four-core rubber cable YZ-500V. When connecting to the power supply, the lead cable is not allowed to be snapped, and it is reliably fixed to the vibrating body.

 

Use and maintenance:

1). This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.

2). During the initial operation of the machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.

3). When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, just adjust the power phase sequence.

4). When the machine is used again after being parked for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured. It should be greater than 0.5 megohm for 500V megohm meter measurement.

5). After the machine has been running for 1500 hours, the bearings should be checked and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.

6). The motor should be well lubricated. Lithium-based grease (ZL-3) should be replenished every two weeks or so. When refueling, add an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease through the oil cup. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not equipped with an oil cup.
