TSKY High Efficiency Commercial Concrete Batching Plant Mixing Station

Concrete Batching Plant  is an ideal equipment to produce the commercial concrete which is used to produce plastic concrete, dry concrete and so on. Adopt twin horizontal shaft forced type concrete mixer or planetary mixer, it adopts two heavy-duty gearbox, electrical lubrication system, hydraulic system, durable mixing device, etc. Equipped with accurate weighing system (aggregate, cement, water, additive), PC+PLC control, vividly display the production process on the screen, so that the operator can monitor in real-time; save the data of production perimeters in the computer, print daily, monthly or yearly statistic reports of production. The Main Parts' Characteristics

The mixing building adopts computer optimization design, advanced system configuration, high degree of modularizatoin, reasonable layout,
convenient installation and debugging, which can meet the needs of different users to the concrete building. Overhead type of aggregate storage
measurement system greatly improves the productivity of the equipment. The main components of the control system adopt international famous
brand of imported components. It assures the reliable work, stable performance and accurate measurement. Perfect industrial design and
thorough ergonomics processing make it unique structure, beautiful appearance, excellent environmental performance comfortable operation and
convenient maintenance.

1.The first layer is the concrete structure. Control room, additive room, air compressor room are placed inside the main building. The
walls adopts the insulation materials, which makes the control room low noise and excellent office environment. Admixtures for
indoor storage suits for winter heat preservation, prevents admixture crystallization, and assures the quality of concrete

2.The second layer is host platform. It adopts the CTS6000/4000 forced concrete mixer , and it adopts the shaft mounted speed reducer to convey Two motors with 55KW reduce the vibration and noise of the host. The scale board and paddle in the mixing tank are made of wear resistant alloy material, which assures the abrasion resistance and impact resistance. The mixing arm adopts the streamline design and reasonable layout makes intermittent spiral pattern, high mixing performance, rapid mixing speed and high productivity with the maximum aggregate diameter 80mm. It can reach a good stirring effect for dry, plastic and various ratio of concrete. Scale board and paddle is handled by special treatment. The special shatt bearing and sealing greatly improves the life of the host.

3.The third layer is measure system and de-dusting system. It consists of electric weighing aggregate, cement weighing, fly-ash weighing, water weighing and liquid additive weighing. The sensor adopts the international famous brand to assure high precision and reliable work. The measuring system uses the coarse and fine scale to assure the measuring accuracy. Dust removal system can assure all the materials processed in closed state from feeding, batching, measuring, charging and mixing material to minimize dust pollution and have excellent environmental performance. Besides, the aggregates measurement adopts two weighing hoppers twice on putting the aggregates. The unique coating process improve the concrete s quality, reduce the machine boards abrasion, and reduce the startup current.

4.The fourth layer is the aggregate storage layer. This layer consists of the aggregate spreader, aggregate storage bin and discharge gate. There's position detecting switch and video monitor, which makes the operation convenient, flexible, and intuitive. The aggregate storage bin is in the outer package, which is not affected by the rain to ensure the stability and continuity of proportion

1. Mixing system
Equipped with MS1500 twin-horizontal shaft concrete mixer; Discharging height is 4.0m. Pneumatic/Hydraulic control, easy replacing of wearing parts, such as liner plates.

2. Cement silo
The capacity of 50t, 100t, 150t, 200t, etc is optional, and we can customize your requirements. Bolted type, modular making with dust collector, broken arch, pressure relief valve, level gauge. Butterfly valve.

3. Weighing system
The weighing system includes aggregate weighing, water weighing, cement weighing and additive weighing(optional). It is controlled by microcomputer, the weighing is highly accurate and fully automatic.
Using a sensor with good quality, the tolerance of the weighing accuracy low to ± 1%. Or lower as customer's requirements.

4. Aggregate Belt Conveyor Feeder
Using super quality belt conveyor to feed aggregates to MS1500 concrete mixer, which will make sure high stability and cost-effective.
